Any hotel can be clean, but to me, what makes a hotel stand out is the customer service. My son and I rolled into this hotel around 2 am after driving 17 hours for a funeral. The young lady Macy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We had stopped at 2 other hotels and they were full. Macy totally made a bad time enjoyable. Her personality was warm, welcoming and comforting as she showed empathy for the loss we had endured. The transaction was perfect and the room was absolutely clean. If she isnt on the management team, she should most definitely be. Consumers like myself seek and crave the type of customer service she exhibited. We will be back forsure solely because of her. Macy, please dont lose your drive for customer service, the world needs people like you that still cares.

I did a long road trip where I stayed in a dozen hotels/motels along the length of I-40 & I-5, this was by far the best value for money property I stayed at. I didn’t have a reservation, but check in was smooth & easy. The lobby was clean, bright & all of the furnishings were modern. I was stunned by how nice the room was. The kitchenette with a dishwasher, full refrigerator, sink with disposal & real dishes was a surprise. The room was incredibly spacious with a small living room. It was cool when I walked in the room & the AC worked flawlessly. There was no hint of weird odors or mildew (sadly common at 2 & 3 star hotels) & the bathroom/towels were immaculate. The breakfast bar was impressive. New appliances & nice seating. Only real complaint is the location is funky. It’s hard to get to because of complicated road design around the property & the parking lot didn’t seem the most secure (too many entrances, not enough cameras). Pluses, it’s next to a Whataburger & there’s a grocery store nearby. Overall though, I’d most certainly stay at this & other Home2 Suites in future.

Ella greeted us upon arrival at 10:30pm, she got us situated into our room with no effort. Hotel was very busy. Room was very clean, iron and iron boards, blow dryers, has a kitchenet: microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, coffee and coffee machine, full size refrigerator with freezer NOTE electric hot plates available at front desk. Property is pet friendly...check with hotel for costs and restrictions. Lobby has a well lit setting area with charging docks for computers and cell phones. Laundry facilities, fitness, pool and hot tub. Microwave meals, snacks, drinks, dog snacks and toiletries available in the lobby in the hotels commissary/market. Upon our departure we had left our work laptop computer in our room, we where in Albuquerque bNew Mexico when we got a call from Kris at the front desk to advise us we'd left behind our laptop. Kis quickly advised she'd let the hotel manager" Deja" to expedite our work laptop fast way possible to us in Phoenix Arizona. Payment information was arranged over the phone and was advised if there was to be any problems that we would be notified A.S.A.P. To the attentive staff and gracious management... thank you for taking care of us during and after our stay. Wilson's

Relocated from across country and this was a perfect stop off the highway! Two areas for my pups to go potty outside which was nice. The breakfast bar was super yummy with a lot of food/drink options and was kept super clean. The room was a great size, clean with a good size fridge/freezer and there was silverware, plates, cups, bowls provided in the room too! I’m pleased with my stay and have higher expectations for the next hotel I have to stay at.

I I would have rated it 5/5, but we didn’t have hot water in room 300, which was a bit challenging at 7 AM. Perhaps others were using the showers at the same time. It resulted in a rather chilly wake-up shower. However, everything else was truly wonderful!

Best design of hotel room for families! Details like the curtain that blocks light from the bed, the blackout shades, the good water pressure in the shower, the fairly quiet toilet flush, etc made this an excellent and easy stay. There is a lot of storage space in the room in both cabinets/cupboards and counter space, and a full size fridge in a kitchenette. Everything is very new and clean!

I love a hotel with a full sized fridge and a small kitchen. This one was well appointed and had an awesome breakfast with spinach and feta pastry on the menu!

I've stayed at this hotel every time I'm in town, we have never had issues until this time. I got into the room and there was red all over the pillowcase and all over the floor. I called the desk whom had an attitude and told me it was just a stain. She ended up moving us rooms. Breakfast wasn't being restocked as it was emptied out fairly early in the morning. I had to ask for a spoon, napkins and find a cup to get waffle mix. The same gal was working the front counter and I watched her be very unfriendly with another guest. She just wanted to sit in her chair and play cards. I will rethink my hotel choice for my next stay.
